The TRANSACTION SPECIALIST supports the transaction management team by spearheading efforts to ensure seamless document compliance, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to sustain an efficient sales process. The ideal individual for this role is motivated and ambitious, excited by new challenges, and able to keep a cool head in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This individual takes pride in their work and enjoys a fun and highly collaborative work environment.This is a full-time position with the ability to work 100% from home!


Manages and supports transactions with focus on 1 of the following areas:

  • Individual Agents
  • Teams Transactions (e.g. Mega, Large Teams)
  • State / Geo Based Transactions (e.g. CA, FL, TX, Ontario) NOTE: Facilitate possible workflow that may be unique in each of the above 3 segments
  • Work within cloud-based Real Estate Transaction Management platforms;
  • Organize Transaction Documents;
  • Check both Platforms for accuracy of file information;
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely efficient manner;
  • Assist Agent with Transaction Management Platform and Commission Disbursement questions;
  • Assist Broker for document review and reminders of status of file to fulfill;
  • Communicate and answer Agent questions in eXp Email in a timely manner;
  • Greet Agent/New Recruits in cloud-based office and provide education of services provided


  • Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements;
  • Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver;
  • A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a can do attitude;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills;
  • Professional telephone skills;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
  • Positive, trustworthy and dependable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • SkySlope experience preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision


  • 1+years of relevant experience in a high-volume, real estate transaction process with focus on delivering a world-class customer service / experience;
  • Real Estate Experience in Transaction Contract Management a MUST

Work Hours: 7am – 5pm PST

*time may be adjusted to allow for lunch period as required by state labor laws.
